Did you ever get so lost in the moment that it's almost like you forgot where you're going and why you're doing it? And then some day you have this epiphany where it's almost like you rediscover who you are and how everything that happened in your life had led you to this exact moment? That's the Forgotten Prophecy..

This album has a kind of complicated history. I started working on it under a completely different name, because it was meant to be the second installment of my project "TAKEOVER", which was released early 2020. I had already released singles for this album (none of them are on this final version) but I never got to a point where I was satisfied with the tracklist.

I've noticed early on that songs not only have strong manifestation power but also that they unfold their full potential when released. I remember telling rywun, a fellow producer and friend (who also contributed melodies to the first three songs on the album) that I didn't quite feel ready to release some of these songs because of the things that I'm saying on there (that was back in 2021).

In retrospect it's kind of hard to understand why they never came out. I believe it's everything from self-doubt to fear and self-sabotage. But I'm also happy things turned out how they did because I learned a lot and I also love how the final tracklist turned out. Maybe some of you can guess the songs that were supposed to land on here and were released as singles, they are still on Spotify & Co.
